We recommend having someone available to receive the delivery. Our packaging keeps the cookies frozen for a few hours, but for the best quality, pop them into the freezer as soon as they arrive.

Each order is packed in an insulated thermal bag with ice packs to keep your cookie pucks perfectly frozen during transit. They’ll arrive cold, fresh, and ready for your freezer.

If your cookies arrive soft, don’t worry, they’re still perfectly safe to refreeze. Just pop them back into your freezer for a few hours before baking.
